Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven IT and Data Sales Manager to join our European team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth in the IT and data solutions space. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with enterprise clients.


Key Responsibilities:

* Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth in the enterprise segment.
* Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with enterprise clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
* Sales Performance: Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets, demonstrating a strong track record of success over the past three years.
* Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends and competitors.
* Proposal Development: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
* Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and technical teams to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
* Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide regular reports on sales performance and forecasts to senior management.
* Customer Feedback: Gather and analyse customer feedback to improve products and services and enhance customer satisfaction.


Qualifications:

* Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in Enterprise IT, Cloud and Data sales.
* Track Record: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the last 3 years.
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, IT, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
* Skills:
* Strong understanding of Enterprise IT - Cloud, Data, and Software solutions.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level executives.
* Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
* Experience in selling Enterprise solutions: Microsoft Azure, Salesforce, SAP and IT Managed Services
