RGB Recruitment is working with a leading highways contractor who is looking to appoint an experienced SSSTS / SMSTS Supervisor to join a major highways project in Cambridge. This is a long-term contract opportunity (circa 18 months), ideal for a Supervisor with strong site leadership and highways experience.
🔹 The Role:
* Reporting directly into the General Foreman
* Supervising a site team of 20–30 operatives
* Delivering detailed toolbox talks and daily briefings
* Ensuring Health & Safety standards are maintained
* Supporting programme delivery and site productivity
🔹 About You:
* SSSTS or SMSTS qualified
* Proven experience supervising highways projects
* Strong communication and leadership skills
* Able to manage site teams and maintain safe systems of work
