Expression of Interest – Civil Engineer – All Levels – UK Wide, including Northern Ireland
Are you interested in being part of a rapidly expanding company at the forefront of water and wastewater solutions? We are currently seeking skilled Civil Engineers at all career stages—Engineer, Senior Engineer, Principal Engineer. At Avove, our design team is essential for delivering major water and wastewater projects for both infrastructure and non-infrastructure, through an integrated in-house design-and-build approach.

You may be based at any of our offices located in Warrington, Glasgow, Brighouse, Durham, Birmingham, Coventry, Telford, or Newry. Possession of a full driving licence is required for these positions.

Candidate Profile
* Hold a relevant degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline; candidates with appropriate equivalent experience are encouraged to apply.
* Currently possess or are pursuing professional accreditation (IEng, CEng), which Avove offers full support and sponsorship for.
* Candidates who want to deliver projects from concept to commissioning, with a focus on detailed design and providing technical support during the construction phase.
* Demonstrate leadership capabilities (Senior & Principal Level), with the ability to manage multidisciplinary projects and manager project teams effectively to meet project deadlines.
* Proficient in MS Office and familiar with engineering software packages such as AutoCAD.
* Exhibit strong written, verbal, and organisational skills, capable of producing clear, concise reports.
* Experienced in team leadership and collaboration, committed to meeting project deadlines.
* Maintain a client-focused approach to service delivery.
* Highly motivated with a commitment to achieving continuous improvement goals.
* Place a strong emphasis on health and safety standards.
