About the Role
As a member of the Deer House Service Team you will look after the food and beverage and swimming pool area needs of our members, guests and visitors. Our team have a relaxed and friendly approach to guest service whilst maintaining the excellent standards Rudding Park is known for.
Your regular duties will include the following:
* Selling drink, food and all other products to guests quickly and efficiently with a pleasant, courteous and professional manner
* Providing a warm welcome and cheerful farewell to every guest enhancing the reputation of the Deer House
* Preparing the pool, bar and restaurant for service ensuring that the customers find it clean and well-ordered at all times
* Maintaining the cleanliness of both the working area and the equipment used
* Handling the till and loyalty card system
* Learning and following the high standards that the Deer House has and helping everyone stay in line with all the rules and regulations of the pool, bar and restaurant
* On the job training provided.

* Experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential.
* Pool attending experience desirable but not essential.
