What You’ll Do:
* Support the delivery of highway maintenance and improvement projects that benefit local communities.
* Assist with planning, mobilisation, and supervision of works to improve roads and infrastructure.
* Use digital tools, including GIS mapping software, to support project delivery.
* Carry out site visits to conduct audits, resolve issues, order materials, and prepare documentation – no two days are the same!
* Work closely with engineers, contractors, and local authorities.
* Learn about sustainable practices and innovative solutions in transport.
What We’re Looking For:
* Knowledge or experience in surface dressing or carriageway patching.
* A willingness to learn, problem-solve, and show initiative.
* Basic understanding of highways or construction.
* Strong IT skills.
* A collaborative team player with excellent communication skills.
* NVQ-level accreditation (desirable).
* A full, clean UK driving licence.
