The role involves managing Personal Lines Insurances, including Motor and Household products, for our valued customers. Responsibilities encompass client communication, data entry, and accounts management.
Key Responsibilities
1. Providing excellent customer service via telephone.
2. Building rapport with customers.
3. Collaborating with the director; working under supervision and using own initiative.
4. Coordinating with account holders.
5. Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
6. Maintaining regular communication with current and prospective customers, including warm lead calls.
7. Performing general administrative duties.
8. Updating digital marketing and website content.
Requirements
* GCSEs in Maths & English (preferred but not essential).
* Excellent communication skills and telephone manner.
* Professionalism, honesty, and integrity in all aspects of the role.
