We are seeking a Teacher to join our Mathematics Team at Jubilee High School, part of Bourne Education Trust.
Our teachers are responsible for the learning and achievement of all pupils in the class, ensuring equity of opportunity for all, achieving the highest possible standards in work and conduct. All teachers are required to carry out the professional duties and responsibilities of a schoolteacher as defined by the Teachers’ Standards and set out in the current School Teachers Pay and Conditions Document.

Key responsibilities
* Deliver the curriculum relevant to the age and ability of pupils, preparing and developing teaching materials, programmes and pastoral arrangements as appropriate
* Provide pupils with regular feedback, including accurate marking, and encourage reflection on progress and needs
* Manage classes effectively, using approaches appropriate to pupils’ needs to inspire, motivate and challenge
* Collaborate as part of the wider school team, planning, sharing information and contributing to raising standards through effective practice
Requirements
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
* Commitment to safeguarding and protecting children
* Evidence of ongoing professional development and IT skills
