We’re Beauty Pie, the world’s first luxury beauty and wellness buyers’ club, disrupting the industry one face cream at a time.
Prior to our arrival, quality beauty products were overpriced at traditional retail stores. Now, our members access top-quality products from leading labs worldwide at better prices, gaining a larger share of the benefits.
Work schedule: 2.5 days a week or 5 days fortnight.
Key responsibilities:
* Utilize typography and layout skills to create print-ready artwork for print and web projects.
* Translate mockups into complete artwork files, collaborating closely with designers.
* Maintain an accurate design database with artwork variations and statuses.
* Ensure proper storage and version control of assets within the design team.
* Maintain high artwork quality and consistency, minimizing errors and wastage.
* Support setting standards for quality, including file naming, setup, and exporting.
* Pay attention to detail and solve design problems, from packaging construction to color enhancement.
* Become familiar with brand guidelines, ensuring all products and packaging adhere to them and assisting in creating future guidelines.

Required skills and experience:
* Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
* Strong typography and layout skills.
* Experience preparing artwork for print and web.
* Knowledge of beauty, supplements, beverage, and confectionery packaging regulations.
* Detail-oriented, organized, with good time management.
* High standards for artwork quality and production.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and proactive issue resolution.
* Self-motivated, able to work independently and in teams.
