I require an experienced P6 Planner to work on a long term project based a mix from home and the clients offices in Rickmansworth, Hertfordshire. Paying between £70 80,000 based on experience, working 3 days in the clients offices and 2 days at home. My client works on high profile infrastructure projects in the UK Globally and they need someone to join their team on a permanent basis who is keen to progress with their career. Key Responsibilities & Skill Set: ? Assist in the planning and organisation of resources, to maximise fee income and utilisation ? Undertake tender design and construction design planning ? Plan construction works from first principles ? Carry out planning audits and prepare recovery programmes ? Incorporate resource planning, cost estimating, earned value forecasting and reporting ? Continuously monitor programmes to reflect progress and maintain accurate resource and earned value data ? Report on progress, critical paths, resources and earned value. ? Monitor and report on programme risks. ? Assist in the assessment of entitlement submissions ? Adopt procedures for standardisation of work products and deliverables, and peer review to ensure consistency and excellence in service delivery of the Companys technical work product ? Implement and adhere to Company procedures in the management, delivery and administration of services ? Maintain strong relationships with other disciplines within the Company ? Understand and be aware of the company values and business plan and your contribution to both ? Observe and maintain Company Health and Safety Policy across all activities ? Support staff recruitment, training, CPD and implementation of Best Practice and procedures ? Support, manage and develop client relationships Desired Experience: Experience on NEC3/ 4 contracts Experienced user of P6 Primavera Experience gained from within the Mechanical & Electrical or Building Services sector would be advantageous although experience from other industries will also be considered. With the ability to work well as part of a team as well as effectively and autonomously as and when required, you will be personable, experienced within the discipline and well organised.
