Salary: £115,682–£153,149 (E/SM Grade F)
Location: Primarily Ninewells Hospital, with hybrid working available

NHS Tayside is seeking an exceptional Director of People & Culture to lead our people strategy and shape a compassionate, inclusive and high‑performing workplace for more than 14,000 colleagues across Angus, Dundee, Perth & Kinross and North East Fife.
As a key member of the Chief Executive Team, you will drive our People & Culture programme, champion wellbeing, leadership development and equity, diversity and inclusion, and ensure robust workforce governance across the organisation. You will work in true partnership with staff‑side colleagues and play a major role in regional and national workforce reform.
We are looking for a strategic, values‑driven senior HR/OD leader with a strong track record of transformation in a large, complex public system. You’ll bring emotional intelligence, political acuity, and the ability to inspire confidence across a wide range of stakeholders.
