Workshop Controller/ Warranty administrator role
We have a unique opportunity to join our team at D M KeithKia Doncaster, as a Workshop Controller/ Warranty Administrator. This is anexciting opportunity for those who enjoy both the fast-paced environment of theworkshop and have a keen eye for detail.
This role is a rare chance to be a fundamental link betweenour Workshop and Service administration, and to provide the highest standardsof customer service, delivering a smooth customer journey both in the Workshopand out.

About the role
As Workshop Controller you will be expected to oversee the day-to-dayoperations, ensuring work is completed efficiently and allocated to maximiseproductivity. You will need to ensure all work is completed in line with Brandand D M Keith standards; ensuring Health and Safety and quality/complianceregulations are met. As Workshop Controller you will be required to monitorperformance of the Technicians and spot any areas for improvement, relaying feedbackwhere necessary to ensure the workshop is operating proficiently. You will liaisewith the Service Manager and Service Advisors to manage customer expectationsand deadlines, providing a smooth customer journey in line with D M Keith expectations.
You will be fundamental in supporting the team around you,including Aftersales management to maximise profitability and performance.
Within your role as Warranty Administrator, you will beprocessing warranty claims, accurately and in line with manufacturer guidelines-taking care to make sure claims are compliant and submitted within the requiredtimeframes. You will have a keen eye for detail and be process driven,maintaining accurate documentation for audit purposes. Strong communication skillswill be fundamental as you will be required to coordinate with manufacturersregarding any relevant warranty queries and rejections.
