Responsibilities
* Manage inbound/outbound communication with warm leads
* Handle existing accounts and provide exceptional customer service
* Work closely with the SME team to drive business growth
* Contribute to the training and development of junior team members
Qualifications
* Proven experience in SME account handling
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Knowledge of insurance industry practices and principles
Day-to-day
* Engage with warm leads and existing accounts
* Collaborate with the SME team to drive business growth
* Contribute to the training and development of junior team members
* Work 3 days in the office and 2 days at home
