Role

Key Responsibilities
* Previous experience as an Assistant General Manager is highly preferable, or at least Restaurant Supervisor
* Organisation and time management (ability to handle admin and operational duties on a daily basis)
* Financial acumen (understanding basic financial principles, including budgeting, cost control and profitability analysis)
* Strong grasp on operational knowledge within a hospitality/restaurant context
* Adaptable to variety of task loads
* Attention to detail and ability to solve issues seamlessly
Required Skills and Experience
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Good understanding of restaurant operations and customer service.
* Ability to handle pressure and resolve issues quickly.
* Knowledge of food safety, health, and hygiene standards.
* Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within hospitality.
