The Role
We’re looking for an experienced Technical / Quality Manager to lead Quality and Food Safety at our Bradford site.
You’ll take full ownership of site standards, ensuring compliance with food safety, legal and customer requirements while driving improvements across the factory.
This is a key site leadership role, working closely with Operations and Engineering to improve performance, resolve issues and maintain high standards.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
* Leading Quality and Food Safety across the site
* Ensuring compliance with BRC and company standards
* Managing audits, customer requirements and site compliance
* Leading and developing the Technical team
* Driving improvements in quality performance and site standards
* Supporting root cause analysis and corrective actions
* Managing the Technical budget
* Acting as the main contact for customers and central functions
What We’re Looking For
* Experience in a senior technical or quality role within food manufacturing
* Strong knowledge of food safety, HACCP and audits (BRC)
* Experience managing teams
* Confident working with customers, auditors and site leadership
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
