1. Creating high-quality in-game visual effects that align with the visual direction of our games while adhering to frame performance and time constraints.
2. Developing VFX from concept to completion for various gameplay features and events.
3. Collaborating with Art, Design, and Engineering teams to support and resolve artistic challenges.
Qualifications (Text Only)
Required Skills and Experience
* A VFX portfolio, showreel, or blog.
* Experience in Game Development or Film VFX production.
* Proficiency with content creation tools such as Houdini, Maya, Photoshop, Embergen, Substance Designer, etc.
* Strong eye for quality and detail.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
* Effective time and team management skills to meet deadlines without compromising quality.
Desirable Skills and Experience
* Basic knowledge of programming languages like Python or HLSL is a plus.
* Excellent artistic ability and quality control.
* Broad technical understanding with the capacity for quick learning.
* Experience with Unreal Engine or similar platforms.
* Proactive and well-organized, capable of interpreting and giving constructive feedback.
