Duties & Responsibilities
* Lead and develop manufacturing operations to deliver key performance targets and long‑term strategic objectives.
* Drive improvements in productivity, efficiency, quality, and environmental performance across production and repack teams.
* Introduce and refine processes, systems, and tools to reduce cost, mitigate risk, and enhance service delivery.
* Champion automation and technology‑driven initiatives to elevate quality and operational consistency.
* Provide strong leadership to production teams, ensuring safe, efficient, and effective day‑to‑day operations.
What Experience Is Required
* Senior manufacturing leadership experience within a fast‑paced, complex operational environment.
* A proven track record of delivering operational improvements, implementing change, and managing budgets.
* Strong people leadership skills with experience driving continuous improvement and high‑performance cultures.

* Salary: Circa £70,000
