Job Title: Part-time Social Worker
As a Social Worker, you can make a positive impact by helping vulnerable individuals achieve a brighter future. This role is based at Victoria Gardens, Huyton, Liverpool, working 22.5 hours per week on a 6-month fixed-term contract.
You will have previous experience from the NHS or private care, managing complex caseloads, conducting social care and risk assessments, facilitating group activities, and contributing to ICR meetings to support service users' future plans.
You will report to the Safeguarding Lead, managing internal investigations and liaising with home authorities during service user admissions and discharges.

Key Responsibilities:
* Referrals to LADO and Local Authority in line with safeguarding protocols
* Educating hospital staff on safeguarding matters
* Completing annual social care reassessments within the CPA framework
* Facilitating access to welfare rights, housing, advocacy, and support services
* Participating in 1:1 supervision sessions
Requirements:
* Registration with Social Work England
* Social Work degree
* Experience in a similar environment
* Experience working with mental illness
