This entry-level role is designed for someone eager to learn and grow while completing the Business Administrator Level 3 Apprenticeship. Helping to prepare and submit task orders and budget documentation. Updating internal systems and trackers for budgets, credit usage, and purchase orders. Using client platforms (e.g. CEMAR, Fieldglass, Vndly) to monitor budgets and manage work orders. Client & Compliance Support Assisting with tender and onboarding activities, including completing forms and uploading documents to client systems. Helping to maintain the client contract database and monitor key contract dates. Supporting the upkeep of insurance and compliance records, including annual updates. Aiding in umbrella compliance auditing processes. Requesting and recording credit checks and insurance cover. CRM & Data Management Updating candidate, client, and contact records in the CRM system. Transferring key details from contracts or project documents into CRM entries. Ensuring all records are accurate, consistent, and complete. General Office Support Helping to organise and track IT equipment allocations for staff.
