Ecommerce Analyst - Contract

This is an opportunity to join a fast growing consumer brand and take full ownership of ecommerce reporting, insight and performance analysis. You will step into a critical gap where the business needs someone who can quickly create clarity, structure and actionable insights across their digital channels.
The Company
They are a direct to consumer product business that designs and manufactures all of their products in house. Their ecommerce operation spans website, digital advertising and a small amount of marketplace activity, with strong growth in both the UK and international markets. With a start-up style culture and rapid pace, they are looking for someone who can bring rigour to their data and help centralise performance insights. This contract will sit at the heart of trading, marketing and product teams.
The Role and Deliverables
* Build clear, reusable reporting that can be understood across the business.
* Deliver ongoing analysis and insights across trading, traffic, conversion rates and customer journey performance.
* Link acquisition and advertising data to onsite behaviour to understand impact on trading.
* Act as a central point for ecommerce data, creating a single source of truth.
* Work closely with ecommerce, product, marketing and finance teams to inform decision making.
* Drive investigative, proactive insight without the need for close direction.
Your Skills and Experience
* Strong experience in ecommerce analysis across traffic, conversion and customer behaviour.
* Confident working with GA4, BigQuery, Looker and SQL.
* Ability to create clear, scalable reporting for non technical stakeholders.
* Comfortable working autonomously in a fast paced, startup like environment.
* Skilled at connecting digital advertising data with onsite trading outcomes.
* Confident collaborating across cross functional teams.
