Administrator - Permanent Role - Bradford - £25, per annum
Are you an experienced Administrator or Customer Service professional looking for a new opportunity in Bradford?
We're working in partnership with a well-established company who are looking to welcome a full-time Administrator to their friendly team. This is a permanent position, offering a stable and supportive working environment with clear responsibilities and a great team culture.
Location: Bradford, BD4
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm (40 hours per week, 30-minute lunch break)
Salary: £25, per annum with a salary increase after training
Key Responsibilities:
1. Handling incoming queries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner
2. Logging all communications and updates accurately on the CRM system
3. Scheduling engineer visits and coordinating appointments
4. Keeping clients updated on the progress of ongoing jobs
5. Supporting the wider team with general administrative tasks
What We're Looking For:
6. Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role
7. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
8. Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
9. Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
