\nWe’re currently working with a fabulous leading regional law firm with offices across Buckinghamshire, and london looking for for a Compliance Officer to join a well-established compliance function.
\n
\nThis is a great opportunity for someone with solid compliance experience who enjoys being hands-on and working across a broad range of regulatory matters. You’ll be joining a structured Risk & Compliance function and will play a key role in supporting the firm’s ongoing regulatory and risk management obligations.

1. Client onboarding and ongoing due diligence
\n\t
2. Reviewing AML documentation and supporting SAR reporting to the MLRO
\n\t
3. Source of Funds / Source of Wealth investigations
\n\t
4. Admin support for Credas / EIDV systems, including user access and queries
\n\t
5. Monitoring PEPs and sanctions alerts
\n\t
6. Managing and responding to complaints, including Legal Ombudsman matters
\n\t
7. Advising on GDPR and data protection issues
\n\t
8. Supporting regulatory audits and accreditations, including corrective actions
\n\t
