Days of Work: 3 days per week
Hours: around 24 hours per week
Work Format: Fully site based
Hourly Rate: £14-15ph
Duties:
1. Responding to incoming calls, emails and face to face enquiries
2. Data inputting of correspondence and confidential information
3. Typing up agendas and bookings and coordinating meetings
4. Supporting with event administration e.g. liaising with suppliers, planning set up etc.
5. Updating and recording data into spreadsheets and internal systems
Experience:
6. Excellent attention to detail
7. Administrative and office-based experience
8. Clear and confident communications skills
9. Working knowledge of MS Office and computers
