Job Description
I am seeking a Admin Assistant on a full time or part time basis to join the busy Residential Property department of my client, an established multi-service law firm based in Tamworth.
Their current team consists of two Fee Earners and two Secretaries, and are looking for someone to assist with a range of essential administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
* Opening new client files and managing associated documentation
* Providing quotations to prospective clients
* Processing and verifying returned client documents, including ID checks
* Assisting with file closure and archiving
Opportunities for Development:
There is scope to expand your role over time, including gaining experience in:
* Audio typing and document preparation
* Using the Land Registry and HMRC portals
Person Requirements
* Must have min 6 month experience in a Conveyancing department
Working Hours:
They offer flexibility in working hours, with a minimum requirement of three days per week.
