Are you highly organised, proactive, and passionate about supporting frontline healthcare services? Join our award-winning Trust as aLinen Coordinator, where you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth delivery and collection of linen across our hospitals.
In this key operational role, you’ll manage linen stock levels, coordinate deliveries, and act as the main point of contact between linen suppliers, porters, and clinical teams. You’ll help maintain high standards of hygiene and service continuity, supporting patient care through efficient linen management.

* Linen Stock Management
Monitor and maintain linen stock levels across hospital departments.Conduct regular stock counts and place daily/ad-hoc orders with suppliers.Ensure timely delivery and collection of linen.
* Linen Distribution
Deliver clean linen and collect soiled linen according to schedule.Respond to urgent linen requests to support clinical operations.
Operational Coordination
Liaise with linen suppliers and internal teams to resolve delivery issues.Maintain accurate records of stock, deliveries, and collections.
