Overview
We are looking for 2 dedicated individuals, with a passion for luxury to join us as Sales Consultants in our John Lewis, Oxford concession. These are part-time opportunities, working 15 and 17.5 hours per week.
As the face of our brand, you will provide excellent customer service and detailed product knowledge to our customers. Using a personalized selling approach, you will see the customer journey from start to finish, including providing sensorial customer experiences through our signature services such as fragrance consultations or hand and arm massages. Alongside this, you will assist the team with general store related tasks, including stock management, cleaning and replenishment.
Responsibilities
* Provide excellent customer service and detailed product knowledge to customers.
* Deliver personalized selling experiences and guide the customer journey from start to finish.
* Offer sensorial experiences through signature services (e.g., fragrance consultations, hand and arm massages).
* Assist with general store tasks including stock management, cleaning and replenishment.
Qualifications
* Excellent communication skills and confidence with a positive, can-do attitude.
* High level of personal grooming standards and a passion for luxury.
* Ability to work well in a team, meet store and personal KPIs, and be flexible to business requirements.
