Location: Hybrid, Adhoc travel to Burgess Hill and client sites covering West Midlands and Wales

Are you an experienced Project Manager looking for your next challenge in the pharmaceutical industry? We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team in Burgess Hill on a temporary basis for a 12-month contract.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage multiple projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, regulatory, quality assurance, and marketing, to ensure alignment and effective communication throughout the project life cycle.
Develop comprehensive project plans, including time lines, milestones, and resource allocation.
Monitor project progress and performance, identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies as necessary.
Prepare and present regular project updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and facilitating informed decision-making.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal standards throughout the project execution.
Foster a collaborative team environment, mentoring junior team members and promoting best practises in project management.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Project Manager in the pharmaceutical or related industry.
Strong understanding of pharmaceutical development processes, including regulatory requirements and quality standards.
Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building relationships across all levels of the organisation.
Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello).
PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification
