NHS Lothian is excited to be recruiting to a Deputy Charge Nurse at the Royal Hospital for Children & Young People.

Responsibilities
* Provide leadership and direction to the nursing team; deliver high quality, compassionate, safe and effective care.
* Collaborate with the Clinical Education and Training team to support induction, preceptorship and leadership development.
* Support the recruitment process using values- and competency-based approaches.
Qualifications
* Registered nurse with current professional registration (as applicable).
* Experience in nursing leadership/management and a commitment to high standards of care.
* Ability to work within a diverse and inclusive culture and to contribute to service development.
