Overview
An exciting opportunity for a keen, motivated and experienced registered nurse to join the Clinical Site Management Team as a Developmental Clinical Site Manager, supporting the Trust in delivering a 24/7 service.
Responsibilities
* Manage day to day capacity and flow through the Trust.
* Make complex decisions, weighing up all facts when the Trust is experiencing capacity pressures.
* Manage staffing, clinical placement of patients and support staff in managing patients with mental health issues.
* Fulfil legal responsibilities of the duty manager role.
* Develop and maintain site safety and management practices.
* Recognise acutely ill patients and make appropriate and timely clinical decisions in support of H@N and Outreach services.
Qualifications
* Registered Nurse with clinical experience.
* Experience in capacity and flow management or similar operational roles.
* Experience in acute care and recognition of acutely ill patients.
* Knowledge of mental health care and ability to support staff in managing mental health patients.
* Understanding of site safety procedures and legal responsibilities.
