Key Responsibilities
Provide tailored 1:1 support to help pupils access the curriculum and achieve their potential.
Assist the class teacher in preparing and delivering engaging lessons.
Support the learning and development of all pupils in the classroom.
Help maintain a positive and well-managed learning environment.
Contribute to the planning and delivery of fun, safe, and stimulating activities.
Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and external professionals.
What We're Looking For
Experience working with primary-aged children, especially in KS2.
A caring, patient, and proactive approach to supporting learning.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Flexibility to meet the needs of individual pupils.
A relevant qualification (e.g. Level 2 or 3 TA) is desirable but not essential.
Willingness to complete an enhanced DBS check.
