About the Role
Our client, a leading manufacturer of award-winning family products, is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Spare Parts Coordinator to join their team. This position combines warehouse and administrative responsibilities, with a strong emphasis on computer-based tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Processing ex-display and pre-loved products
Carrying out basic quality checks on prams, buggies, and car seats
Maintaining accurate inventory records and monitoring stock levels
Conducting audits and advising on stock optimisation
Working from pick sheets and customer order forms
Using systems such as Sage or Shopify (previous experience required)
What We're Looking For:
Strong computer skills with experience in Sage or Shopify
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
Good organisational skills and ability to follow instructions
Full attendance and punctuality are essential
Previous warehouse/admin experience is desirable
