Key Responsibilities
As an Accounts Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing client relationships, overseeing the delivery of accounting services, and ensuring the team’s success. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Managing a portfolio of clients across various industries, acting as the main point of contact for their accounting needs.
2. Reviewing and finalising statutory accounts, tax computations, and management accounts prepared by the team.
3. Providing advisory support to clients, including financial planning, forecasting, and identifying opportunities for business improvement.
4. Supervising and mentoring junior team members, supporting their development and progression.
5. Ensuring compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements, including deadlines and quality standards.
6. Collaborating with the senior management team to contribute to the firm’s strategic objectives and growth.
