As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be a well-rounded and proactive retail manager, capable of working independently. Fashion retail experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in management or supervising personnel within a retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Assist the manager in the day-to-day operation of the store, ensuring costs are within targets.
2. Maximize store profitability by promoting sales.
3. Ensure high levels of customer service are maintained at all times.
4. Manage, coach, and motivate the team to meet targets and lead by example.
5. Stand in for the manager when necessary.
