Key Account Manager - Life Sciences / Digital marketing
Location: UK (Remote with international travel, and office visits)
Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 + OTE £100,000+

This is a strategic Key Account Management role within a well-established, PE-backed digital media business serving the global life sciences sector. With a strong reputation, loyal client base, and ambitious growth plans, they are investing in experienced account managers to drive revenue across key international clients.

They provide digital marketing solutions to manufacturers and suppliers across life sciences and clinical markets, enabling highly targeted engagement through content, campaigns, and virtual platforms. Operating with 60 employees and backed by private equity, the company is scaling internationally and building a high-performance commercial team.
The Role
This is a strategic, commercially focused Key Account role managing and growing a portfolio of established global clients.
4. Inherit c.10 high-value key accounts
5. Selling digital marketing suite to customers in the life sciences sector
6. 60% account management / 40% new business
7. Deal sizes typically £25k to £100k+
8. Senior stakeholder engagement (Director/VP level)
9. International travel across Europe and the US
You will focus on deepening relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and delivering tailored, multi-channel solutions.
The Candidate
We are looking for experienced, credible account managers who can operate at a senior level.
10. Proven Sales + Account Management experience (ideally 8+ years)
11. Background in digital media, SaaS, or consultative services
12. Strong commercial acumen and ability to grow accounts
13. Confident presence-able to influence senior stakeholders
14. Highly autonomous and self-motivated
The Package
15. £55,000 - £65,000 base salary
16. OTE £100,000+ (uncapped)
