This is a fantastic opportunity for an Education Studies Graduate who is aspiring to a career in education, psychology, or child development. In this role, you will provide valuable support to pupils with SEND, helping them to thrive both academically and socially.
As an Education Studies Graduate, you will:
Support pupils with autism and additional needs in both one-to-one and small group sessions
Work alongside class teachers, the SENDCo and support staff to deliver tailored support
Help create a nurturing and structured environment where children can build confidence and reach their potential
What Were Looking For:
A recent Education Studies Graduate with a 2:1 degree or higher
Patient, empathetic, organised, and adaptable in your approach
A strong communicator with the ability to use initiative
Confident with IT would be an advantage
