Electrical Field Sales Engineer
Location: Leicester
Hours: Monday to Friday, Office Hours
Salary: £35,000 – £60,000 per annum (inclusive of annual bonus)

What You’ll Be Doing
As an Electrical Field Sales Engineer, you’ll be the go-to expert for both clients and suppliers. Your role will include:
Acting as the key contact for manufacturers and suppliers
Promoting innovative electrical products across the UK
Using your electrical/mechanical knowledge to consult and sell effectively
Identifying new markets and growth opportunities
Managing a diverse product portfolio and spotting areas for improvement
Attending client and supplier meetings to build strong partnerships
Creating and monitoring budgets, and sharing insights with stakeholders
Continuously learning and growing into a key player within the business
What We’re Looking For
A qualification in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
A self-starter with a consultative sales approach
Strong motivation to grow sales and expand product reach
Excellent time management and the ability to work independently
A tech-savvy mindset and eagerness to learn
