Continous Improvement Engineer Location: North Yorkshire (site-based) Salary: £35-40k A well-established manufacturing organisation operating in a highly regulated manufacturing environment is looking for a Continuous Improvement Engineer to support and drive continuous improvement across a core production area. This role sits within operations and focuses on improving safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance while developing people and embedding a strong continuous improvement culture. The Role: You will work closely with production and support teams to identify inefficiencies, lead improvement activities, and ensure changes are practical, compliant, and sustained. Key responsibilities include: Leading continuous improvement initiatives using structured CI methodologies Analysing production data (e.g. OEE, waste, deviations) to drive performance improvements Supporting safety and quality investigations, CAPAs, and audits Coordinating skills development and training plans within the value stream Improving Right First Time performance, reducing waste and downtime Supporting new product introductions and operational projects About You: You are a hands-on improvement professional who enjoys working on the shop floor and partnering with operational teams. This role may be suitable for any one who has previously worked as a quality/manufacturing/process/production engineer.
