We have a fantastic temp to perm opportunity for a confident and motivated Parts Sales Advisor to join a busy and fast-paced team.
Our client specialises in the distribution of automotive parts to customers across the UK and is looking for someone with strong customer service and call handling experience to support their growing operation.

Your role as a Parts Sales Advisor
8. Handling a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls
9. Assisting customers with product enquiries and orders
10. Updating customers on current offers and promotions
11. Providing excellent customer service at all times
12. Processing orders accurately and efficiently
13. Supporting the wider sales and administration team
14. Meeting targets and deadlines set by management
The ideal Parts Sales Advisor will have:
15. Previous call centre experience
16. Experience handling high call volumes (600+ calls per day within a team environment)
17. Strong communication and customer service skills
18. Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
19. A confident and professional telephone manner
20. Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
21. Automotive or parts knowledge is beneficial but not essential
