Full-Time Temporary Role in Egremont!
Dedicated Female Support Worker | Consistent 4-on, 4-off Rota!
Are you looking for a full-time temporary assignment where you can make a real difference?
We have a fantastic opportunity in Egremont for a compassionate and reliable Female Support Worker. This role offers consistent, full-time hours on a great rota, allowing you to provide vital support to an adult female with learning disabilities.
You'll be part of a dedicated 2:1 support team, empowering her to live as independently as possible at home and in the community. Your calm, positive nature will be key to providing reassurance and de-escalation support when she feels heightened.
The Shifts: Consistent Hours, Great Rota!
This is a temporary, full-time role built on a repeating 4-on, 4-off rota. This means you work for 4 consecutive days and then get 4 full days off!
Your 4 "on" days will follow this pattern:
* Day Shift: 08:00 - 20:00
* Followed by: Sleep-in Shift (at the house)
* Followed by: Morning Shift: 07:00 - 10:30
A Note on Availability: This is Our Top Priority
To provide the stability and consistency this individual truly deserves, this role requires your full and complete commitment for the duration of the temporary contract.
This is non-negotiable:
* You MUST have 100% full-time availability and be happy to match the client's 4-on, 4-off rota without exception.
* This role must be your sole professional focus during the contract. It is not suitable for anyone already in another permanent job or seeking bank/ad-hoc hours alongside this.

* You must be Female: This is an occupational requirement for this specific role.
* You must have a car: You'll need access to your own vehicle for use during shifts (e.g., community activities).
