At Home Instead Swindon & Vale of White Horse, we’re looking for a compassionate and experienced Senior Care Assistant to join our evening team, supporting clients across Swindon, Highworth, and the Vale of White Horse with their end-of-day and bedtime routines.

As a Senior Care Assistant, you’ll provide high-quality, person-centred care including:
* Supporting with personal care and medication
* Preparing and encouraging hot meals and hydration
* Offering companionship, reassurance, and meaningful conversation
* Helping with light household tasks
* Confidently adapting to different clients and home environments
* Support new and current Care Professional's within their role with support visits and competencies

What do we need from you?
* Previous care experience (preferred)
* A flexible and adaptable approach to client needs
* A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
* Willingness to travel across the Swindon & Vale of White Horse areas
* Aged 18+
* Availability to work alternate weekends (Saturday & Sunday)
