About the role
We’re looking for a TikTok Content Creator to join our team on a freelance basis to support us as we scale Unfabled Essentials on TikTok Shop. This hybrid part‑time role offers flexibility to work remotely, with occasional in‑person filming sessions with our team at our Paddington office.
If you’re passionate about storytelling through social content, have a natural on‑camera presence, and love experimenting with trends to connect with audiences, this role is for you. You’ll be helping us shape how millions of women discover and engage with health and wellness in an authentic, relatable way.
Core responsibilities
* Publish 7+ TikToks per week across formats: face‑to‑camera explainers, creator‑style product demos, product education, myth‑busting, routines, team BTS, and trend‑led concepts.
* Collaborate with and direct our founder to create best‑in‑class founder‑led content.
* Develop creative concepts aligned with Unfabled’s tone, aesthetic, and business objectives; feeling comfortable pitching new content ideas for the channel is a must.
* Stay on top of TikTok trends and adapt them to the women’s health and wellness and supplement space.
* Participate in a weekly check‑in meeting with our Brand Manager to share content performance and brainstorm new ideas.
We’re looking for someone who
* Knows how to create viral, shoppable TikTok content that drives engagement and sales.
* Has hands‑on experience posting directly to brand TikTok accounts (beyond just producing UGC for a brand).
* Is comfortable filming on‑camera and producing high‑res product content end‑to‑end (CapCut and native TikTok tools).
* Has a deep understanding of what makes content take off: hooks, pacing, first‑frame framing, subtitle strategy, and sound selection.
* Has a data‑driven mindset: you live in the metrics and iterate quickly.
* Has a strong aesthetic eye with brand alignment; can keep content native while on‑brand.
* Is proactive, self‑directed, and fast in a test‑and‑learn environment.
Nice to have
* Proven experience creating content that converts on TikTok Shop, not just content that gains reach.
* Experience creating content about wellness, beauty or supplements.
