Position Overview:
As a Supply Chain Coordinator, you will be the backbone of supply chain operations, responsible for ensuring the seamless flow of materials and products from suppliers to customers. You will play a crucial role in optimizing processes, managing inventory levels, and fostering strong relationships with vendors and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
2. Manage inventory levels, track orders, and forecast demand to minimize stockouts and excess inventory.
3. Liaise with suppliers to negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, logistics, and sales, to improve supply chain performance.
5. Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
6. Implement best practices in supply chain management and contribute to developing standard operating procedures.
7. Prepare and present reports on supply chain metrics and performance to management.
8. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Qualifications:
* 2+ years of experience in supply chain coordination or management.
* Proficient in supply chain software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
* Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Knowledge of inventory management and logistics processes is preferred.
