I am seeking an experienced Corporate Tax Manager to join a leading firm in Birmingham. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate tax compliance and advisory services, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results for clients across various industries.
Your Role as Corporate Tax Manager
* Manage and oversee all aspects of corporate tax compliance, including preparation and filing of tax returns, computations, and tax accounting disclosures.
* Provide expert advice and guidance on corporate tax matters, including tax planning, restructuring, and compliance issues.
* Develop and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor and resource for tax-related queries and concerns.
* Stay abreast of changes in tax legislation and regulations, ensuring compliance and identifying opportunities for tax optimisation.
* Lead and mentor junior team members, providing training and support to facilitate their professional growth and development.
* Collaborate with other departments within the firm to deliver integrated financial solutions and services to clients.
