Overview
Civil Package Manager/Agent – Location: Chafford Hundred (site travel required).
Responsibilities
* Manage survey packages (topo, GI, utilities, trial trenches)
* Oversee programme, H&S, quality, and delivery
* Coordinate subcontractors and stakeholders
* Support procurement, cost control, and reporting
Requirements
* Experience in civil engineering and infrastructure projects
* Strong leadership and organisational skills
* Knowledge of NEC contracts
* Engineering or Construction Management qualification
* Fit for work medical
* BPSS Security clearance (completed onsite; however, supply basic disclosure and barring service check)
* CSCS card & UK driving licence
