Salary: SFCA Support Staff pay spine points 28-30 depending on experience (£44,544.00 to £46,794.00 per annum)
The college is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and dedicated PA to the Principal and MANCEP Project Manager to provide high-quality administrative support, ensuring efficient communication and embodying the college's values. The MANCEP Project Manager's role is crucial for the success of Catholic Education delivery within Manchester.
Key Responsibilities
1. Managing the Principal’s diary, handling correspondence, and telephone calls.
2. Preparing documents and presentations, minute-taking, and maintaining filing systems.
3. Liaising with external organisations, arranging travel and accommodation, supporting meetings, and ensuring compliance with data protection and college procedures.
4. Providing event coordination support for the MANCEP partnership, organizing and chairing meetings, supporting subject-specific groups, and liaising with chairs for agendas and notes.
5. Managing the MANCEP Day budget, maintaining partnerships with external organisations, producing an annual calendar, and organizing major events such as the Heads and Principals’ Conference and MANCEP Mass.
