Quality Services (QS) organization provides testing support for Devices, Retail, and AWS products. The primary objective of QS is to provide manual testing support. An Associate, Quality Services performs manual test execution based on documented task instructions, producing accurate test results that meet daily targets and adhere to defined processes.
Key job responsibilities
1. Execute test cases prepared for testing software builds on the Kindle platform and Kindle software products.
2. Perform test case execution and report bugs accurately.
3. Understand testing procedures and guidelines for new builds/releases.
4. Perform regression and repetitive testing exercises to qualify builds without compromising quality.
5. Use software tools for data capture daily.
6. Capture results, communicate and escalate failures, and provide individual status reports.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
* Bachelor's degree
* Knowledge of QA methodology and tools
* 0-1 years of relevant experience, preferably in a quantitative field
* Familiarity with computer and software usage
* Experience with gadgets or devices
* Good communication skills, detail-oriented, team player
* Ability to follow defined processes and policies
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
* Understanding of software testing
* Ability to complete tasks accurately and promptly
