Do you enjoy getting the best out of a team – not just hitting your own numbers?
Are you looking for a leadership role where you can genuinely shape performance, culture, and results? This is a full-time, permanent Lead Generation Manager role, focused on leading a telesales / lead generation team within a growing B2B technology environment.
Working pattern & locationYou'll be based in the office South of London, working closely with the team in a hands-on leadership role.
What you can expectYou'll be trusted to take ownership of team performance and development — without constantly shifting goalposts.
- Basic salary of £45,000
- Realistic £70,000 OTE
- Clear, transparent targets from day one
- The opportunity to build, coach, and shape a high-performing internal sales function
What you'll actually be doing This is a true team leader role — you'll still understand the day-to-day activity, but your focus will be on elevating the whole team. You'll be:
- Managing and leading a team of Internal Sales Representatives (telesales)
- Coaching, mentoring and developing individuals to improve performance
- Running regular 1:1s, call listening sessions, and performance reviews
- Motivating the team to consistently hit and exceed targets
- Monitoring KPIs, pipeline activity, and conversion rates
- Supporting with messaging, call structure, and objection handling
- Working closely with senior leadership on strategy and improvements
- Helping to build a strong, positive, and accountable team culture
What we're looking for You'll likely already have experience in a Lead Gen / Internal Sales / BDR / SDR environment and be ready to move fully into leadership — or already be managing a small team. Ideally, you'll:
- Have a background in telesales, BDR, or lead generation
- Have experience managing or mentoring sales reps (or clear readiness to step up)
- Be confident coaching calls and improving performance
- Understand KPIs, targets, and how to drive results in a sales environment
- Be motivating, supportive, and able to get the best out of different personalities
- Be organised, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership
Experience in technology, telecoms, IT, or similar sectors would be ideal.
A bit about the environment This is a business that values leadership properly — not just numbers.
- You'll be trusted to run your team your way
- Ideas and improvements are welcomed
- It's a supportive, low-ego environment where performance still matters
You'll be given the autonomy to lead — and the backing to make a real impact.
