Assistant Development Surveyor London / Hybrid Permanent | Full-time I'm working exclusively with a well-established, multi-disciplinary property and construction consultancy that is looking to appoint an Assistant Development Surveyor to support its growing development and consultancy team. This role is ideal for an ambitious surveying professional who wants hands-on exposure to development appraisals, feasibility work, and strategic advice across a varied portfolio of residential, mixed-use, and commercial schemes. The Opportunity You'll be working alongside experienced Development Surveyors and Directors, supporting projects from early feasibility through to delivery. This is a genuine career-building role, offering strong technical exposure, client interaction, and a clear pathway for progression.
