We need experience tracking platform health, usage, and compliance, and translating insights into action. We need someone who can lead adoption, change management, and technical guidance for engineering teams. Responsibilities: We will own the developer platform landscape from strategy through execution, governance, and continuous improvement. We will define and enforce governance, standards, and policies for developer platforms. We will act as the decision authority on platform usage, integrations, and tooling. We will manage the developer tooling portfolio, including Azure DevOps, GitHub, and Power Platform. We will define and manage the platform lifecycle, including onboarding, upgrades, and retirement. We will shape platform roadmaps aligned to business priorities and Microsoft ecosystem direction. We will enable self-service environments, repositories, and pipelines. We will embed security and compliance guardrails into provisioning and automation. We will standardise tooling patterns to improve consistency and scalability. We will monitor platform health, usage, and compliance. We will deliver insights to support optimisation and investment decisions. We will define support models, resilience, and service management. We will lead platform adoption and change management. We will provide guidance, documentation, and technical leadership to engineering teams.
