About My Four Wheels
My Four Wheels is one of the most trusted and fastest-growing driving schools in the UK, with 200 driving instructors currently on the road and hundreds more in our training programme who will soon be hitting the roads.
Due to COVID-19, there is a record number of learner drivers needing instruction because of test centre backlogs. Over the past 12 months, our driving instructors' hourly rates have increased by an average of £3 due to high demand. Additionally, over 70% of our instructors have waiting lists, some as long as 6 months.
Why Become a Driving Instructor?
There has never been a better time to pursue this career. If you have good customer service skills, you might be suited to becoming a driving instructor. We have recently recruited individuals from various industries, including:
* Driving industry (HGV driver, delivery driver, van driver, LGV driver, bus driver)
* IT industry (IT support, cybersecurity, web designer, engineers, web developer)
* Education industry (teacher, teaching assistant, admin officer, personal assistant, lecturer)
Full training is provided, conducted as locally as possible. Our pass rates are well above the industry average, and we offer a refund of all training fees when you work with us.
Requirements to Become a Driving Instructor
* Have held a full UK driving licence (or approved foreign licence) for at least 2.5 years
* Have not been banned from driving in the last 4 years
