Are you a commercially driven Senior Quantity Surveyor looking to take the lead on a £300m landmark project? We’re hiring on behalf of a Tier 1 Main Contractor for a pivotal role on a high-profile Department of Justice scheme based just south of Newmarket.
This is a career-defining opportunity to join a nationally recognised contractor on one of the most significant projects in the region.
? What You’ll Be Doing
* Leading all commercial activities on-site from pre-contract through final account
* Managing subcontract procurement, valuations, and cost reporting
* Driving value, ensuring compliance, and maintaining positive cash flow
* Building strong relationships with the client and project stakeholders
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience with Tier 1 main contractors
* Strong background on high-value construction projects
* Excellent contractual and commercial acumen
* Located within approx. 25 miles of site (site-based role)
? What’s on Offer
* £70,000 – £80,000 salary + Car/Allowance + Benefits
